On February 11th, the system automatically launched the trial of Lucid Spark and warned me to manually unsubscribe before February 18th, otherwise it will be converted to a paid service. I just opened my email today and found out about this. I need a reasonable explanation to deal with this kidnapping style service. Please cancel my LucidSpark plan and ensure that no fees will be charged to me for it.
