I’ve ended my relationship with PP and the user portal on Lucid seems broken w.r.t. adding a new payment source. When I login and authenticate the user settings don’t contain a method to add a new card.  When I notified support they sent me a ‘secure link’ to a subdomain at another entity:

lucid.curly.com

I feel like this type of behavior is enough to end what is a generally useable set of tools.

Any thoughts from the community?

Hey there, since this deals with your subscription, I am directing this to our billing team to get you taken care of. The team works through tickets in the order they are received, and you can expect a quick response to your email associated with your Lucid account. Please refer to that email for further correspondence.

This community is dedicated to supporting your work in Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale. For additional subscription or invoice help, please review these billing resources, and for questions about charges on your account, refunds, or changing your subscription, please fill out this form to reach the billing department. Doing otherwise will delay your response time.

Hey there, this is more than subscription issue it’s a matter of the web of trust we extend as patrons to Lucid → Recurly

I think at a minimum Lucid should pronouncedly inform their patrons of relationships with third parties. A better solution would be to place Lucid’s identity in the trust chain of the cert when they forward their patrons to Recurly.  As it stands it appears as a cheap forgery.

Your billing support did fix the problem after I traveled to PP and disassociated my presence there to Lucid.  The user portal settings never recovered and IMO needs refactoring for a better UX.
