Our count is currently being billed for 15 license.I have already gone trough our team management settings and deactivated or removed the users we no longer need.

However,our billing information still shows that we are set to be charged for 15 licenses.We only require 5 active licenses to our team moving  forward.

Please let me know what steps I need to take,or  if you can make this adjustment.

I try to reach out whith someone but a don’t have any response.
