I have a paid account, but I still only can have 3 documents within Lucid Spark.  I found out that this individual plan was assigned to lucid spark which i don’t use. Please how do i transfer the subscription to the lucidcharts?

@mavrik You can cancel your Lucidspark by following the steps in our Cancel your plan article from the Lucid Help Center. Then you can click on the 3-dot menu in your Account Settings there, to activate a Lucidchart subscription. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
