Lucid cancelled subscription still getting charged

I cancelled my lucid subscription back in NOVEMBER or even OCTOBER and they have still been charging me ever since. I contacted them through email and they act like they can’t find my account or card information , then how and why am I still being charged??? They are scammers and when you try to cancel services they will still charge you.

@nwt When you say you contacted them, you already submited a ticket to our Billing Support team? Keep in mind that it’s different from submitting a ticket to the Product Support team. If so, and no one can match up the account and card info, and if you’re paying them through Paypal, you can use Paypal’s Resolution Center. If you’re not paying through Paypal, you can block payments through your bank.

Yes I have contacted the BILLING department and they are not being helpful. I am not using PayPal because the payment is being taken out of my BANK account. Either way if I stop the payments I want all the months since I have cancelled my membership to be refunded. I had the membership that is $11 monthly and if they have been taking money from me and I cancelled 3-4 months ago that means I’ve lost $33-$44 dollars on a website I no longer use.
