Weird thing, before the renewal I realized I had 10 licenses and only needed 3. I asked for help and the account rep, Kat, said that because it was inside of 30 days, i cant change the number of licenses and told me I am obligated to pay for a year of 10 licenses in spite of not wanting them and in spite of the renewal being more than a week away. This is really similar to what the FTC is going after Adobe for. 

Has anyone had success getting Lucid to back off of this distasteful position?
