Hello everyone,

 

I hope you’re doing well! I’m having difficulty purchasing and individual plan and have followed the following steps:

 

  1. Account Settings
  2. Plans & Billing
  3. Change Plan for Lucid Speak
  4. “Individual”; Buy Now

Then a screen pops up that says “Contact Sales for Support”. I’m not too sure why it doesn’t prompt me to enter my card info?

Did I take the wrong steps in purchasing an individual plan? Thank you so much!

Hi @bwalker20 Hope you're doing well.

My suggestion is to clear your browser history and cache. It seems (in my opinion) that you're having some issues with prior access.

By the way, The steps you mentioned are correct - one important mention though, is if you're trying to buy a Enterprise Plan - which, this one requires contacting sales dept.

I’ve cleared my browser history and cache. I also tried to purchase on separate devise, but still no luck.

 

I don’t believe the plan I’m trying to purchase is Enterprise. Do you know how I can get in contact with the sales department? Thanks again!
