Hello everyone,
I hope you’re doing well! I’m having difficulty purchasing and individual plan and have followed the following steps:
- Account Settings
- Plans & Billing
- Change Plan for Lucid Speak
- “Individual”; Buy Now
Then a screen pops up that says “Contact Sales for Support”. I’m not too sure why it doesn’t prompt me to enter my card info?
Did I take the wrong steps in purchasing an individual plan? Thank you so much!
