I have a personal account. I use it a lot, have had the account for several years. That is fine - but every year, there is no notification to me about the fact that the subscription will be charged. I really want to be warned in advance that it is going to happen. I have tried to find some way to contact Lucid about this on the site - can find nothing.
How in the world do I contact someone in the billing department? I just want email a couple of weeks before the charge goes through.
