Accidental purchased yearly subscription via "one-click-subscription"

Dear Lucid Team,

i was doing my work in lucidchart when the pop-up show, that mentions that i’m out of forms in this document. I accidentally pressed the button “one-click-subscription” and purchased an entire year subscription. In the future i only wanted to buy an montly subscription. 

 

However, is it possible to get a refund of that payment?
