What time license type do I have (user, not admin)
I am a user (not an admin) of LucidCharts. I want to use features that are available in Enterprise only but cannot tell if my company has purchased a Teams license or an Enterprise license. How do I tell what license type I have been provisioned?
Thanks in advance,
Scott

Hi @Scott Bean
Thank you for reaching out! As a Lucidchart user, you can check whether you have been provisioned under a Teams or Enterprise license by following these steps:
In the top-right corner, next to your profile avatar, you will see your plan, and all the features included in your plan. - see screenshot below.
If you cannot access Enterprise-only features (such as advanced data linking, automation, or enhanced admin controls), you may have a Teams license.
If you see Enterprise features but cannot use them, your company may have an Enterprise subscription, but you may not have Enterprise-level access.
Since license provisioning is managed by your organization's administrator, please try: Contacting your IT department or Lucidchart administrator for confirmation. Checking with your internal support team to verify if you are assigned to an Enterprise plan.
