During a collaboration with my teammate, we noticed a user icon with the star icon. Does anyone know what that indicates??

That’s a great question! That star icon indicates that the user is currently the facilitator. Here are some screenshots on how to make yourself the facilitator of a board. In addition here is a useful article that goes into more depth.

Thanks for this - I really wanted to help with this query but couldn’t find an answer. It felt like logically it indicated that user was the facilitator, but couldn’t find the documentation to back up my ‘guess’.
