We’ve been using Lucid on our team for maybe 2 years now, and just randomly starting getting an issue yesterday where users login, and all of their document/group access have been revoked. From the admin side, I will look at the user’s permissions, and can confirm every single group is deleted from their account.
I’ve had to manually re-assign groups to affected users. Is this a bug?

@samantha.cabral this does appear to be a bug. Has this ever happened before? Does anyone else have administrator privileges? Is it possible that this could have happened manually from a recently disgruntled employee? Or could it have happened accidentally? Are you able to view logs to pinpoint when this occurred?
Hi @samantha.cabral, thanks for posting! Just jumping in with some additional questions.
You mentioned that you checked the user’s permissions and groups ‘from the admin side’- to confirm, are you referring to the group membership you can see for each user in the Lucid Admin Panel? Are you checking this from the ‘Users’ section, or the ‘Groups’ section of the Admin Panel (shown below)?
Also- can you confirm if the user’s have lost access to all their documents, even documents they own (under My Documents)? Or is it just documents shared with them through their group membership?
@Emma D hi there! I’m viewing users from the “User” view in the image you posted above. Also, they haven’t lost personal documents, just access to group documents that they previously had access to.
Thanks for confirming Samantha! Because this deals with your account, we created a support ticket from your post and we will continue to update you on the progress of the issue there.
