We want to setup user license request notification email to Service Desk platform to handle requests. Please guide us to configure the service desk email address in Lucid portal to receive new license request notification emails.

You have the option to redirect license request to a service desk URL or another URL (as seen in the screenshots below) with your license settings via the admin panel. Please navigate to your admin panel> licensing settings> license request settings. From there you can select redirect to a service desk or another url. Below that, you can type any message for your users to see in place of our general "request a license" prompt.
