We have just enrolled a new user into Lucid, when viewed under the Admin console we can see that this user has a Lucid Suite license attributed to their account.

However when they go to create a new Team Folder they are prompted to request a Lucid Suite license…

What’s going on here?

And it’s resolved itself, the only thing that has changed is time (about an extra 30min into the future).
