I added an additional license, and the user gets a pop up stating that they are out of shapes. I thought that getting the license gave them access to unlimited shapes. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you!

“Why did I get a popup about premium features while working in Lucidchart or Lucidspark even though I have a paid subscription?
Each of Lucid's subscriptions offers a different set of available features. For details on what is available at each level, check out our Lucidchart Plans and Lucidspark Plans articles.”

“If you have trouble accessing your license, it may help to contact the Lucidchart support to ensure the license was properly assigned to your account. You can do this here: Submit a request – Lucid

Hope that helps!

Hi @robertlee, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Would you mind providing me with a screenshot of the pop up so we can take a closer look? Do you know if your colleague encounters the pop up while in a Lucidspark or Lucidchart document?

Looking in our system, it appears that you have a Lucidchart Team account, which provides access to unlimited shapes in Lucidchart. My suspicion is that your colleague has a Lucidspark free account and may be encountering the pop-up that appears when a user on a free Lucidspark account has used up their free shapes. Free accounts have a limit of 60 objects per document. Note that lines and text boxes also count towards this limit in addition to true shapes. For the comprehensive list of what is available to you on Lucidspark, I recommend the Lucidspark Plans article.

Your screenshot may help to rule this out if that is not the case. Thanks in advance for your help and patience!
