Unable to add new user as well unable to modify domain settings. This is really critical.

Due to the nature of the domain control feature and the need for user info to solve this issue we are creating a support ticket to address this issue. You should get an email notifying you the ticket was created!
This is not resolve. I tried to reach out but email does not update ticket.
