Unable to de-licence accounts

When selecting an account (admin) to de-licence Lucidchart and free up a licence for an actual user the option to remove the licence is greyed out. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting in the community! Notice the purple "Enterprise" and "Upgrade" buttons - you are part of a Team account and de-licensing users (thereby rendering them view-only and unable to create documents in Lucidchart) is an enterprise-only feature. If this type of account management would be a good fit for your team please contact our Sales team here and they'd be happy to discuss a solution that works for you. Alternatively you can assign a different user who is active in Lucidchart as the Team admin and remove the current admin user entirely.
