I have an L1 manager that is leaving and they want to transfer ownership of all his files to his replacement. I can search and find a couple of files that he is a collaborator on but none that he is an owner of. He shared that he does have a few files in his "My Documents" but I cant find them within the Lucidcart Portal. Is there an easy way for me to be able to transfer ownership without having to delete the account?
