Hi,
Even though I am an admin, I can’t seem to create Team Folders within Lucidchart. The option is greyed out when I right click on Team Folder and when I create a new folder, Team Folder is not listed as an option.

Unfortunately, Team Folders which have an understandably confusing name are an Enterprise-only feature which is why the option appears greyed out for you.
