One of our staff members is leaving. 

What will happen to her Lucid Charts?

Will they be assigned to Admin (me) when I delete her account

And how can I transfer her work to the next person who takes over her role?

Hi there, thanks for posting in the community! 

You can delete a user from your account and transfer their documents to another user via our transfer/delete function. If the user you are deleting owns any documents, you will be prompted to specify a new owner by entering the new owner’s email address in that window.

If you are deleting users via SCIM, the documents will be transferred to the user specified in your admin panel > app integration > SCIM page.

But I cant see "Transfer" , I can only see delete

Thanks for your response! If this user has documents to transfer, you will be prompted to specify a new owner after clicking ‘delete’.
