We are migrating our instance from Okta to Azure Entra ID. I'd like to have a non-SSO Admin account so that I'm confident I'll be able to get into configure Lucid if there is any issue with the new Entra configuration. Do not want to get locked out entirely. Is there a way to configure a Lucid account to not leverage SSO?

Thanks for surfacing this question in the community! Unfortunately, we do not support a "backdoor" or "breakglass" function for admin accounts. Meaning - any enabled method of authentication will apply to all users and admins on an account. However, Lucid support is always here to help you recover your account if you should get locked out! With our 24/5 support, you should receive a timely response in the event that your migration causes an issue!
