I’m an admin on an enterprise plan and I’m trying to grant view only access to people who are outside of my organization but have been unsuccessful granting access or sharing documents. Is there way I can enable the product or do I need to get in touch with Lucid?

Here is some helpful documentation on our Sharing settings for Admins in Lucid. I would first ensure that the settings included in the screenshots below are selected within your Admin Panel. If these are selected, and you are still having issues sharing your Lucid documents, would you mind providing some context as to how you are sharing your documents so I can look further into this issue for you?

Thanks for the response. I’m able to share my document but the receipient receives a message stating that her domain is blocked by another organization. Under security, the domain is controlled by my domain and I need a way to grant users outside of my domain access.

Thank you for following up. Would you mind providing context to how you are sharing this document? It is also possible that the User’s organization has a restriction on sharing.
