I'm trying to access the licenses that a user has via the SCIM 2.0 API. I can see via the Admin Dashboard that a user has both LucidChart and LucidSpark but the API returns:
"productLicenses":{"Lucidchart":true"Aristotle":false"Lucidspark":false"LucidscaleExplorer":false"Socrates":false"LucidscaleCreator":false}

Thanks for using the SCIM API. Are you on a Lucid Suite subscription? We sometimes see this with Lucid Suite as we only require you to license a user with the Lucidchart value and the user will be granted a license pair. We may need to create a support ticket here to gather more info.

Is there a way to tell from the API that it is a Lucid Suite subscription?
