Salesforce Managed Package Objects Import

Hi, I’m trying to import diagrams from SF to be my source of truth.  I need to begin in SF sandboxes schemas. With this in mind...

 I navigated to:

1. my account settings
2. Apps & integrations
3. Salesforce/ clicked LInk && updated creds to be a SF sandbox (custom domain/username/pword).  The log-in fails.

Noticing the link points to PROD org -logins.  

Question: -Could Lucid Chart enable us to connect to ‘Sandboxes’ instead of SF Prod orgs?  if I missed a step/or/approach, share with me the appropriate link/or/steps & I will try. thank you

The integration between Lucidchart and Salesforce can be implemented with both a sandbox or a production instance of Salesforce. When setting up the integration, could you please make sure to follow the steps detailed in our Customize the Lucidchart Salesforce integration article in the Help Center?

Please note, this customization requires being on an Enterprise account.

Thank you @Zuzia S , I lack admin privileges to confirm type of Account (i.e., Enterprise) or/proceed with steps of integration. I’ll check with team internally.

Triple checking, is there any playground instance we can access from the Lucid community to try this out in Proof-of-Concept initiatives?

Lucid does not provide a public or community-accessible sandbox environment for testing the Salesforce integration at this time. If you are not on an Enterprise account, we can forward your request to our Sales team who could create a separate trial account.
