Due to an acquisition we have a users who has 2 different accounts. As a Lucid admin I now wanted to re-assign all Spark/Chart documents from account A to account B. I did this by deleting account A which brought up the dialog where I can put in the account name of account B all documents shall be assigned to.
However this didn't work and still the documents are not owned by account B. In the GUI account A doesn't show up anymore (like it should be as it was deleted) but in the "Usage Data" report (Excel) the deleted account A still shows up even after >1 day as owner of the documents.
Did someone experience the same and how can this be resolved?
