On a few of my org charts I have leaders with 20 people while their peer will only have 4. I’d like to show Leader a with 2 columns of 10 and then keep leader B with their 4 below them? Is there a way to change the reporting lines to do this?
Hi
Automatically create a two-column layout for subordinates under a single leader is going to be tricky.
Kindly try other possibilities with the help of connectors
- Arrange Leader A's subordinates in two columns.
- Instead of directly connecting them to Leader A, use connectors to visually link them.
- Drag the connector starting point from Leader A's shape and connect it to a blank space above the first column of subordinates.
- Then, draw individual connectors from that point to each member in the first column. Repeat the process for the second column
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
