We are able to pull the last login date for our licensed users, but not unlicensed. How do I add them the to the All User Data report? Thanks!

Hey Sylvia! Thank you for staying on this. I was OOO unexpectedly. I just ran a report, and yes, I see everyone now! I really appreciate this, you have been really helpful!

Hi @nhailey, since this deals with personal account information, I am directing this to a private ticket to get you taken care of. The team works through tickets in the order they are received, and you can expect a quick response to your email associated with your Lucid account.

Can we get this on a list of things to add as a feature? This helps us make sure we have deactivated all unused accounts much more effectively.

Hi @nhailey, thank you for your reply. It appears that our support team is still working on this through a private support ticket, and you can continue to expect a quick response to your email associated with your Lucid account.

I did notice that you found how to create an idea within the Product Feedback space of this community. Thank you for this feedback! I can certainly understand how this would be beneficial to your work. Did you have additional questions about leaving feedback?

I encourage other users who may be interested in this topic to upvote the posts @nhailey put together, linked below.
