Hello,

I have been a Lucidspark user for several years and was aware of the limitations of the free version. However, I was still able to manage my usage within those limits. I had three documents containing important flowcharts (related to the methodology of my master’s degree, which is quite robust and extensive). Unfortunately, today when I logged into my account, I noticed that my documents had disappeared. I am certain that I did not delete them. Only one flowchart remains.

Where did the others go? I really need them. Please resolve this issue, as I need to make some revisions suggested by my reviewers.

Can you try accessing your account in a private browser window to see if that resolves the issue?

If your work is lost, here are a few first steps I recommend: 

  • The document(s) may still be there. Can you double check that you're in the correct account? Sometimes users will use single sign on while signed into a different email account, which can produce errors. I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucid accounts that might be under your email address(es).
  • It is easy to accidentally delete documents. Could you please check that the documents aren’t in your trash? If the document is in the trash, check out this Community post.
  • If the documents were shared with you and now you no longer see them in your account it is possible that whoever shared it with you rescinded your access. We would recommend reaching out to whoever owns the document to have them re-share it with you.
  • Your documents might be hiding in your browser history. If you carefully look through your browser history when you last worked on the document, you might be able to find it.

If the steps above don’t work, please provide the following information and I can take a closer look:

  • The names of the missing documents
  • A temporary Document Support PIN for this document. This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff.
