I’m having an issue with LucidScale models not updating.  The Datahub shows new data available, I click “sync model” and get the pop up saying that the model is Syncing but it never updates the model.

I tried to create a new model from Data Hub, I select the Azure Subscription, name the model and click “create model” it then pops up a messaging saying “new models created: 0”.

Anyone have suggestions on next steps to troubleshoot this?

Good morning @AuburnHunter,

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. While I haven't encountered the exact problems you're experiencing before, I suggest trying the following steps to help troubleshoot the situation:

  1. Update the Azure Subscription: Please try updating the subscription directly. This step might resolve the issue or help us identify if there's something specific causing the problem with your data.

  2. Check for Console Logs: If updating the subscription doesn’t resolve the issue, console logs from the attempted sync in your workspace could be incredibly helpful.

Let us know how it goes, and feel free to share any logs or details that come up. We’re happy to assist further based on what you observe.
