Hi. We’ve been using Lucidscale to import diagrams for about a year, everything was fine until the beginning of September when mysterious error appeared.

We’re tried many times but still no success.

Method - Role Auth
Region - 1, empty account for pure test

The support ticket hasn’t resolved the issue yet, and we would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks for posting in the community as well as working with us through your support ticket. From the information gathered here and in your support ticket the behavior you are experiencing is due to a bug. The engineering team has identified the cause of the issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, as a workaround, the team recommends disabling cloud inventory until a fix is rolled out. This can be done in the “Select resources to import” section. 


 
I will follow up here once the fix has been released. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime!
