Is anyone else havinig issues with their online Lucid? today mine keeps locking up and reloading the web page

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the performance of your Lucid account. We've not heard widespread reports today of similar issues but definitely want to ensure you have a good experience and that everything is working properly.
Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues.
