We are running Confluence DataCenter 8.5 with the Lucidchart plugin for Atlassian Confluence (v1.29.4) and are intermittently experiencing 400 Bad Request - Request header too large errors when attempting to load diagrams. It is very intermittent. I am logged into lucid in the same Chrome profile and validated the firewall test passes successfully.

Thank you for the reply! It looks like this issue is caused by the “Rich Lucidchart viewer" setting for the plugin. Could you try turning the rich viewer off to see if that resolves the issue?
