Hello, we’re trying to get Lucid for Confluence plugin working, however after we authenticate a user that has admin privileges in Lucid, all users that try to embed a Lucid document using a macro in Confluence get the following error:

“We were unable to locate your Atlassian app information. Please uninstall and reinstall the Lucid plugin.”

 

At this point we’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times, cleared browser cache and used multiple accounts and computers to test. We’re able to link an account with admin privs in Lucid to Confluence just fine, but can’t use the macro to put in any documents.

Any suggestions?
