If you're seeing the error message "Login failed” when trying to sign in with Microsoft SSO, it means your Microsoft account was unable to connect to your Lucid account. To fix this, you will need to set a password for your Lucid account by clicking here. Then go back to the login page and click on Log in with password.

 

Once you're logged in, you can manually link your Microsoft account. To do this, go to your Account Settings> Apps and Integrations, scroll down to the Microsoft section, and click Link to Microsoft. Follow the prompts to sign in and grant permissions. After that, you'll be able to use Microsoft SSO to log in.
