Hello,
We have some issues with certain users on LucidChart.
When using “Login with Microsoft”, it will automaticaly created a free account not linked.
Those users need to use the same UPN with username/password to connect on the right account with licence.
What is the solution to bypasse this issue or to make sure the 2 accounts are merged ?
