Is there a way to know what is the domain of my subscription.

Hi @Michel L

The domain for the below screen shot is - lucidsoftware.atlassian.net

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @Michel L, thank you for your post and @Humas1985 for helping here! Would you mind sharing a brief description of your use-case to help us better understand your request? Thanks!

Hmm? So on my account the domain is lucidchart?

I was believing it was the domain of the email of the administrator.

Regards.

Hi @Michel L

The domain name in your image is lucid.app, as seen in the URL bar. "lucidchart" appears to be a subdirectory within that domain.

Hope this helps !!

Sorry @Humas for my misinterpretation. Fortunately, yes I know what is a domain but my question was more about the vocabulary you are using in the lucidchart context.

For example on M365 I have a tenant for my company that is associated to my company domain name.

For accessing the data on my tenant all access must be done using my company domain name.

like “mycompany.sharepoint.com”

Do we have the same feature in Lucid.

Hi @Michel L

Thanks for adding more light,

Lucidchart offers a similar concept to Microsoft 365 (M365) tenants for managing access and organization, which is typically referred to as a "team" or "enterprise account".

To locate your domain in Lucidchart, from your Lucidchart account, access the Admin Console, and navigate to "Team > App Integration".

Here, you'll find the "Lucidchart Base URL", usually in the format https://yourcompany.lucidchart.com, which serves a similar purpose to your M365 tenant domain.

Hi @Humas1985 ,

Thanks for you.

I navigated to admin panel and clicking on App integration did not show the Lucidchart Base URL.

Best regards.

Michel

Thank you @Humas1985 for assisting here! @Michel L Just to clarify, Lucid does not support custom domain URLs for accounts which is why you are not able to locate this in the Admin Panel.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions and we’d be happy to assist further.

Thanks @Leianne C .

Happy to help, @Michel L! Please feel free to create another post if you have any questions or topics you’d like to discuss - we love hearing from everyone. Thanks!
