Have license but can't add user

So we have 1 available license on our Lucidchart account but for some reason I am unable to add a specific user. The request goes through as normal no error messages. But it still shows that license as available and the user doesn't show up in "Users" or in "Pending." 



 



Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! If you are unable to add a user to your team it is likely that this user already has a paid subscription to Lucidchart. In order to add this user to your team they will need to cancel their personal paid subscription or accept an email invitation to join the team. This should allow this user to join your team account. If the user does not have a paid subscription and is still unable to be added to your team account please fill out a support ticket with the user's email address using this form
