Full offline mode for a specific project or folder

We are currently doing a full review and redesigning the network of one of our customers. However this time the customer is a bank and one of their requirements is to do all the work within the company premises. A full non-disclosure policy. That means we need to keep their data protected and inaccessible outside the premise. Thus we are looking for a full offline version of LucidChart. Any recommendations?
