Hi,
we have activated Lucidchart in sharepoint. when I’m editing the page and I select add the Lucid web part I get is a blank box that says Loading Diagram, no edit options and nothing ever loads. No error throws. Any idea what might be the cause?

Hey there! Thanks for posting! For those that are unfamiliar, please review our Sharepoint article from the Lucid Help Center. Do you mind opening this page in a private browser and trying again? Form there if you could send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output that would be helpful! You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
