Embedding Lucidchart with SharePoint page

Hi,

we have activated Lucidchart in sharepoint. when I’m editing the page and I select add the Lucid web part I get is a blank box that says Loading Diagram, no edit options and nothing ever loads. No error throws. Any idea what might be the cause?

Were you able to review the Sharepoint article from the Lucid Help Center and attempt to open this page via a private browser and try again?

 

If you continue to face this issue, could you please try adding Lucidchart.com and Lucid.app to this exception list in Chrome and ensure you have 'allow all cookies' set?

 

Please provide a screenshot of these settings if the issues continue, along with a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output that would be helpful! You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

Form there if you could send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output that would be helpful! You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

Again, could you please provide a screenshot of exception list in Chrome as following by the recommended troubleshooting steps (“If you continue to face this issue, could you please try adding Lucidchart.com and Lucid.app to this exception list in Chrome and ensure you have 'allow all cookies' set?”)?

Could you also a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac)?
