Hi
I am looking to persuade those in my company to start using Lucidchart. The one piece of information that I now need is where data that is uploaded will reside geographically. In other words where is the data in Lucidchart hosted.
For a number of different reasons our clients outside of the U.S. will not allow their data to be hosted in the U.S. itself hence my question.

Thanks for reaching out on the community. Default data storage for Lucid is AWS in US-East and US-West locations. There is also the option available for enterprise customers to have their data stored elsewhere. You can learn more about data residency for Lucid in this help center article.

Thanks so much Abby. This is exactly the answer I wanted. It keeps the door open for me to convince execs to use LC.
Is there any AWS hosting under UK?
