In the usage data screen in the admin console, you can download a csv report called “All user data”. In that report there is a column labeled: Documents Accessible Individually

What does this mean exactly? I am trying to figure out if this means that the user has created a document OR that they have access to a document that has been shared with them?

I want to figure out who has created a document and who currently owns documents.

I got the answer: The term Document Accessible Individually is referring to: The number of unique documents a user can access individually, excluding mass sharing via group(s). This includes documents that a user-edited, documents that were shared with the User intentionally, and documents that the User has intentionally moved to their own documents list.

I don’t understand why you can’t answer the question of what that column means? There is nothing specific to our account that would need to be revealed.

Hi Keeley,

Good question! We typically respond to questions related to usage data in a private ticket because it often requires taking a closer look at the account and at the usage data report, which would entail referring to private information in a public forum. It seems it was not the case here, so thank you so much for sharing the response you received with the Lucid Community!
