I got query where user has Lucid suite license assigned but his Email address got renamed so his existing license transferred to updated Email address now user asking for document which he created with his old Email address. I checked his old email address to transfer ownership from old address to new address in Lucid Admin console but  I am not getting any document search result could you please assist me to transfer ownership of his old document to new address.
