Do Lucid offer free seats for people outside of organization?

Hi Support team

We have enterprise account with many licenses on Lucid. We have a use case when we need to collaboratively work on one diagram with a couple of people from an external organization. We can't add them and spend licenses to them. We know it's a normal practice when a cloud collaborative app offers limited seats for free use outside of organization. Like: "purchase 100 licenses and get 5 free seats for external collaborators with a bit restricted functionality".

Does Lucidchart have anything similar?

Hi Aleks

Thanks for reaching out on the community. There are no specific license settings for people outside of the organization however these collaborators could be added as view-only users onto your enterprise account without taking up licenses. View-only users can view any documents shared with them and comment on those documents but they cannot create edit or share any documents themselves. You may have as many view-only users on your account as you’d like for no extra cost. Hope this helps!
