Create user Error with SSO Entra ID

I try to add a user by entering his Email. Error Message: Oops, an error occurred. This exception has been logged with id 8c7007php

He already logged on using SSO, but I do not see him in the administration and he sees nothing.

Sorry, but we are using the lucid with entra since a while and have many users in there. Just this one user is now suddenly not working like usual.

So the basic setup information is hardly addressing this problem. I will ask tomorrow another new user, to see if the whole thing is broken now, but it was running before. So I hope we do not have to start over.

Hello, checked again, and new users still can enter lucid. The only problem seams to be this account. When I enter this account in the user administration in lucid to invite him, I get en error message. With other accounts I do not get that problem.
