I am trying to remove a collaborator from MANY documents. She is the overall company admin (Account Owner and Org Group Admin) while I’m an Account, Template, and Document Admin. Is this the reason why?
Overall, we’re part of a broader company (consider us an arm of the company) and I provide governance over our arm’s Lucidchart usage and document ownership. This governance was just put in place, so in the past, whenever someone left, all document ownership was transferred to her. I’m trying to do some clean up and take her off of our documents - I’m able to transfer ownership to me, but cannot remove her as collaborator. Is this possible without her intervention?
