I have created a team account and can’t still not access the mobile app on my IPad.
Also when I will make a new drawing, it still says that I have freeplan and not team/lucidpark
Can you help me with this, thanks :-)

For the sake of your privacy, I would like to take a closer look at the email address you are using to log in, via a support ticket. I am going to move you to a thread where I will ask you a few more questions!
I understand that you need team licenses to use the app.
I can use the app but It says the it doesn’t have a license with the same email

Yes- this is definitely not expected! It looks like we created a ticket for you. Were you able to see it?
