allow users to zoom using scroll wheel. or please add a preferences button for some basic navigation like pan or zoom buttons. This will kill most of the problems at once.

Thanks for your post! When using a mouse, you should be able to zoom in and out by scrolling your wheel and to pan by right-clicking and drag. You can check out those options and set your navigation preferences by following these steps:
- If using Lucidchart: Select the View menu from the menu bar at the top of the workspace > Navigation Mode > More info > toggle between the options (Mouse, Trackpad, or Auto) and select your preferred one
- If using Lucidspark: Select the More menu from Board Controls in the upper-left of the workspace > Board Settings > Navigation Mode > More info > toggle between the options (Mouse, Trackpad, or Auto) and select your preferred one.
