We had SAML login working, then something changed on the Lucid site and now every time we try to log in it goes to a 404 screen. I worked with our IDP vendor and their logs are showing that Lucid is not responding to the SAML request. 

I’ve looked over all the SAML “documentation” I could find on Lucid’s site but nothing works and I don’t know how to fix it without a tech support person to look at the issue from Lucid’s side. The last time I reached out to Lucid support it ended with nothing getting accomplished and our issue still being unresolved. 
Has anyone been able to make Lucid SAML login work with SecureAuth IDP?
