Using mapped JIRA attributes in Dynamic Tables

Hello,I’d like to be able to use Jira’s fixVersion attribute in a dynamic table but don’t see it amongst the list of attributed I can select from.   It is a mapped field and displays in the cards - I just can’t see it in the list dropdown for the column in the dynamic table Is this achievable somehow? Thanks

Line jumps on curved lines

I have a drawing which has multiple layers. I have multiple lines connected to an object on the same layer as the lines with the opposites ends connected to objects on another layer. These lines are configured as curves. They are also 1px wide. One of those lines crosses over 2 other lines. I have jumps turned on but the jumps were not showing. While trying to figure this out I found that if I changed the curve, I could position the curve were the jumps would appear. Is this normal? Thanks.Knox McCormac

Can't access Lucid in Google Meet

I am trying to use Lucidspark whiteboard in Google Meet meetings.  I have installed Lucid in Meet, and have created a Lucid account. To clarify, I have never used it successfully, I’m trying to start.When I try to open Lucid in Meet, (via “Activities”, selecting Lucid, “Get started”, and giving permissions), I get a message:“Your Google account doesn't match a valid Lucid session. Log in to access your account”.I am logged into my Google account, and logged into Lucid with my Google email. My account page shows I have a free Lucidspark plan. (I’m doing this in Firefox on Linux. I previously tried in Windows, which didn’t work either - I got a different message there: Error 400). Thanks for any suggestions!Emma

Centering text inside a gantt chart

Hi, I need help with centering my text inside a Gantt chart, for some reason when I place down a new widget and write text it always is centered to the top of the widget even after pressing center centering a couple of times, changing font, or even trying it in a different document. As you can see the only thing centered in my image is the first widget I made (for some reason this one is narrower, but I cant seem to find a way to make the other widgets do the same. Any help is appreciated :)

Grouping pages together in Lucidchart

To whom it may concern, I’ve been designing systemized workflows for different departments for the university that I work at. Each department has their own document that holds all of the pages used to show the processes and interconnected subprocesses involved with different roles and tasks. One of my current struggles is keeping all of the processes for employee roles organized within the document. Would it be possible to group pages together within the document? This would allow me to organize certain roles into their own group and make it easier for me to comprehend connections between processes. Thank you

Drawing "breaks" overnight, changing both active tab but also tabs that have not changed in weeks/months

I have a drawing with 10 tabs.  Several are copies of an original tab.  Recently one morning there was an error in the main (most recent) tab where several lines were dragged well outside of the drawing area.  This error was duplicated in each of the parent tabs, despite those tabs not having been opened in weeks or months.I fixed the error on the most recent tab, leaving the other tabs to be fixed later.  This morning on login I see massive errors on that fixed tab.  Rotations of shapes throwing some of the lines all over the place. I tried the WebGL thing, doesn’t make a difference.  Any thoughts? thx, Jim

Export Lucidchart Diagrams for Approval in QMS System

Hi All,We have a specific requirement where we need export the Lucidchart diagram and route the file in QMS system for approval. Once approved, business users go back to the same file in QMS, download it, import it in lucid, revise it and then again route for approval after exporting. What would be the best format to export the Lucid File:Visio CSV of Shape DataWe are leaning more towards “CSV of Shape Data” since it would cause less confusion as to whether go to Visio or to Lucid for revising.Question: Does the “CSV of Shapes” export retain all the data inside it and there is 100% guarantee that what we get after importing is completely similar to what we had before the export in Lucid? Are there any limitations to exporting as “CSV of Shape Data”

Hover text in Visual Activities

Hi! I’m using the “Likert-type scale” Visual Activity to use as an interactive poll. I’d like to add hover text over the options on the scale, for participants to use when they need to refer back to a definition. I’ve learned how to add the hover text through Conditional Formatting, and it works when I’m editing the activity.But when a participant is performing the activity, they can see the icon but nothing shows up when they hover over it. Does anyone have any advise on how to make the hover text show up for participants; or, maybe a different way of doing this?  Thanks!

Lucid Cards for Azure DevOps - Unresolved Errors

Hello! I am trying to present a variety of user stories from a single ADO Project in LucidSpark. For many of the user stories, the integration is working perfectly - I’m able to leverage the live connection between ADO and Lucid, including utilizing the new timeline functionality, which is great.However, for a handful of the ADO User Stories, I am receiving errors that I cannot resolve. Here is one type of error:Here is the other type of error: I have attempted to:Delete and reimport the cards Make changes within ADO (status change, removing special characters) and reimport the cards Link and Unlink my ADO accountHere is an anonymized view that shows roughly how many cards (of the same work item type - except for a couple bugs that are working properly, from the same ADO project) that are working vs. not working: However, none of these resolves the issue on these problematic cards. Would love any help on this!

Photo Positioning Issues in org chart in Lucidchart

When I upload a photo to my organization chart using the 'Upload Photo' feature, and then adjust the chart's sequence in the backend (Spreadsheet), the photo positions of Staff within the chart seem to shift unexpectedly. Example, after rearranging the chart's order, Staff Alvin's photo might appear in the position originally assigned to Staff John.

Community Created and Shared library shapes

Hello All, I am an Embedded Systems Engineer and one my main uses for a product like LucidChart is to make block diagrams and I find the standard libraries lacking for some of the Electronics shapes.  I am looking for some shapes such as a Fuse or a basic Diode. Does anyone know of a place where user generated shapes are shared for others to download and use?  Google hasn’t shown me any results so I am hoping someone here can point me to the right place. Thanks,Dave

How to set up your Lucid Canvas assignments in a way that work with course copying and blueprinting

This article shows you how to incorporate Lucid assignments into your Canvas course so that you can also use Canvas’ copying and blueprinting features (The Lucid integration itself is not compatible with copying or blueprinting inside of Canvas).   1. Navigate your Lucid Dashboard by clicking on “Lucid (Whiteboard)” from your Canvas course navigation.    2. Browse through and customize one of Lucid’s templates or build your own template from a blank Canvas. 3. Once your template is completed, create a force-copy link for your template (how to video). Publish your Lucid document  Add “New” after edit in the URL for the Lucid document  4. Now it’s time to add this force-copy link to a Canvas Assignment so that students will get their own copy of the template when they click on the link in Canvas.  Create a new assignment in Canvas.  Type the name of the template into the Rich Content Editor Highlight the name of your template in Canvas.  Click on the link option in the RCE, Select

BUG: Mac Safari Lucid will not load

Expected: Opening diagrams should happen quickly and on the first try. Observed: Opening documents hang, requiring multiple tries, logging out of Lucid completely, closing all Lucid windows, etc. Platform: Safari 17.5, MacOS VenturaSide note: it’s frustrating that we’re unable to report bugs, but rather “Questions” which we cannot even tag accurately. Every product has bugs and setting up your support system in a way that denies the reality of bugs is not reasonable.

SCIM provisioning issue: migrating from Okta to Entra

I’m migrating our company from Okta to Entra for SSO and provisioning. I successfully migrated SSO for Lucid over to Entra, but provisioning is presenting an issue.I have set it up in Entra exactly as described in Lucid’s documentation, but Entra is reporting the following error when trying to provision on demand:  3. Reviewing floor plans on Lucidspark - at what zoom level?

Hi there!Is anyone using Lucidspark to review floor plans? I’m uploading pdfs, but if I’m zoomed out to far, they are reading to light, and when I zoom in, they are fuzzy, the lines are not sharp. It’s not reading like an actual pdf. Any advice?thanks,Roberta

Export/Impact Process Map from Data/CSV

Hi,Tried the Process Maps CSV data export/import functionality.using the sample file provided by LucidChart1. Export sample LucidChart Process Map CSV file (which is a sales process)2. File > Import > Data > Process Diagram > Import your data, pointing to the sample CSV File previously downloadedIt correctly generated the swimlane diagram based on the sample CSV shape data file :  What would be very useful though,  is to be able to continue using LucidChart to edit this diagram, and subsequently re-exporting it as a CSV file, which can subsequently be stored in a metadata document or relational database, and in the future re-imported into LucidChart.Thus performing an whole end to end loop in terms of export/import mechanism, whilst retaining the editing ability in LucidChart.ProblemProbably because this is an experimental feature, but when i try and export the above imported diagram, as a CSV data file, and then try and re-importing it, this breaks and does not work.there

Google Sheet Returning Info to Lucid

I understand there’s bi-way integration w/ Lucid and Googlesheet, but I thought that was mainly from essentially an embedded standpoint.Instead, what I’d like is the info from certain cells (say, a calc’d / sum cell) show up in Lucid.See screenshot - in an ideal scenario I’d like to do a variety of flyout/show-hide containers where clicking on a button exposes the g-sheet...but this may be further iterations.At it’s most basic though I’d like info from G-sheet to be presented back in Lucid elements, not just exposing the G-sheet itself.Thoughts?

Questions For New Team Space

I have a few questions regarding my new team enterprise space.   I have about 5 license users that have previous licenses from other teams but we want to make sure they are only getting charged for licenses on our plan.  How can I confirm this? One of my users said she tried to click on the link sent out to her to join the team but the link has expired.  Can she just go to the Lucid site and log in with her email?

However, it generated with “subtopic” names for the lines and for the love of god i cannot figure out how to change it or at least remove it? Can somebody help please? Named Version not appearing in History

Hi, I am encountering an issue in LucidSpark I am hoping someone can advise on.One of my boards has a named version from ~2 mths prior to today. This board gets quite a lot of editing (~900 revisions since the named version). When I click the version history slider to show only named versions, the old named version does not show up. However, if i have not clicked the slider (and am looking at all of the available versions) I can click through and manually ‘load more’ to eventually get back to the named version. If, after this, i click the slider, the named version will then be displayed.Obviously this isn’t ideal as it sort of defeats the purpose of having a named version filter in the first place.Hoping someone can help identify what is going on here.Additionally - I did change the name of the board between the named version and now - not sure if this would have an effect or not...Thanks!Josh

How can I import a sticky note with tags?

Via REST API import document it is possible to create a document with sticky notes. But it is not explained in the documentation how it is possible to add tags to the note?{ "id": "shape4", "type": "stickyNote", "boundingBox": { ... }, "style": { ... }, "text": "Text", "actions": [ ... ], "customData": [ ... ], "linkedData": [ ... ], "opacity": 100, "note": "Test Note" } Where I can add tags (tag labels) to the shape? Thanks

As widget in Confluence 'Zoom to content' button is missing

In Lucidchart website when hover on percentages bottom right on the screen it shows Zoom to content option.In Confluence, the RichView widget, on hover it doesn’t shows anything. Empty menu.
